The Greene County School District Education Foundation awarded five newly-created Floyd Duane Dunlop Scholarships in the amount of $2,000 to Greene County School District graduates in post-high school education for the 2020-2021 school year.
Floyd Dunlop believed in helping students pursue their goals of higher education. It is with great pleasure that through his generous donations, the local Greene County School District Foundation was able to establish a scholarship aimed to assist Greene County students in their second – fifth year of post high school education obtain the financial assistance needed to continue to prosper in their educational pursuits.
The names of the scholarship recipients were not released.
